ApplePartSellers offers 60-days exchange warranty on all products listed on our website. Products may be exchanged or Repaired if subjected. Defective product must be returned within 7 days of the date that the item is DELIVERED, otherwise it will not be subjected to refund or exchange.

In order to return a defective product, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained by the buyer. All unauthorized returns will not be subjected to processing and the package(s) will be refused back to the customers promptly. Return processing may take up to 5 – 7 business days from the time your return is received. Please notice that the replacement product will not be shipped or refund will not be issued until the original item is received and inspected! If a working item is returned, it will be subjected to 25% restocking fee.

!! Warranty Will Be voided if the Warranty Sticker(s) has been broken or removed !!

 

 Unfortunately products will not be eligible for a return/exchange if:

  • The product was not purchased in the last 60 days
  • Product is not returned in proper packaging and subjected to physical abuse or damage (unless the damage occurred during the shipping process, in this case please contact us immediately for assistance – within 3 days).
  • Serial number of the product does not match the one recorded in our Database.
  • Product does not contain the warranty label(s) implied by us prior to shipping

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained by customers prior to the return.


Product Condition

Products will be sold as Used or Seller Refurbished depending on the availability of the items.  it is strongly recommended to check the condition and availability of the items prior to the placement of any order. Discontinued or back-ordered product may be temporarily or permanently unavailable for the sell. However our customers will be notify (either via Email or phone call) if a product is considered to be back-ordered or discontinued immediately!

Returns

Please make sure that your return package(s) meet the following criteria

  • The damaged item(s)
  • Receipt or proof of purchase
  • Obtained Return Merchandise Authorization – RMA. (We strongly suggest our customers to mention the RMA number outside of the Return Packaging for faster processing)

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Late Returns

Any Defective product returned after 7 days from the date of delivery to the customer will not be eligible for refund.


Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from ApplePartSellers.


Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
ApplePartSellers Do Not offer Refund/Exchange on DOA (dead on arrival) or damaged items after 7 Days of the delivery date.


Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

 

Shipping & Delivery

ApplePartSellers offers a convenient shipping experience to all of the customers located both domestically or abroad. We ship merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. We also ship products internationally to all locations and our customers will have the opportunity to choose the shipping method upon the purchase.

ApplePartSellers is strongly committed to make the shipping process fast and hassle-free for our customers. However, we acquire 24 to 48 hours of processing time for all purchases made on our website. In-stock item(s) will be shipped within 4-7 Business days of the purchase. Please pay attention that you are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from ApplePartSellers.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if applicable.

In order to offer the maximum protection to our customers, all orders above 99.99$ will only be shipped to the billing address provided by buyers upon the purchase.

 

 

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

In order to return a defective product, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained by the buyer. All unauthorized returns will not be subjected to processing and the package(s) will be refused back to the customers promptly.

Return processing may take up to 5 – 7 business days from the time your return is received. Please notice that the replacement product will not be shipped and/or refund will not be issued until the original item is received and inspected! Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Refunds do not include any Replacement/exchange warranty purchased at the time of the checkout  Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.

The following criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit:

  • Products which are improperly packaged
  • Products returned to ApplePartSellers in non-qualified shipping container
  • Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering
  • Products with any standard certification labels removed (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code)
  • Products or packages with bar-code label removed
  • Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on package or invoice (ApplePartSellers maintains serial number tracking)
  • DAMAGE: Cracked components or damage to any circuit boards
  • DAMAGE: Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting
  • DAMAGE: Torn or punctured tape seals
  • DAMAGE: Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners
  • Product Categories: CPU’s, notebooks and other items so labeled with a security seal will not be accepted for return


Warranty

ApplePartSellers Offer 60-Days Exchange warranty on all products. 
Our Company provides this 60-day limited warranty on hardware only. Software is warranted solely by the manufacturer of the software title. We warrants to the original end-user purchaser (” Customer” ) that the product(s) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship as stated on your invoice from the date of purchase. In accordance with terms and exceptions of this limited warranty, we will either repair or replace any product, which is shown to be defective. Warranty is voided if Warranty Sticker has been broken or removed.
Extended Replacement Warranty Charges are final and are not Refundable

This warranty does not cover any defect caused by accident, negligence, misuse, theft, vandalism, fire, water, or other peril, exposures to extremes of temperature, dust, or humidity, or improper electrical power or installation of components or other maintenance by anyone other than us. 
THERE ARE NO EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY (AN UNWRITTEN WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCT IS FIT FOR ORDINARY USE) EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN. 
APPLEPARTSELLERS WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ITS FAILURE TO WORK, OR ANY OTHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

ApplePartSellers accepts Checks ONLY from qualified Customers/Entities with an active account created on our website.
In order to check the eligibility, we are strongly recommending our customers to contact us prior to the placement of the order(s).

Please pay attention to the following policies:

  • We don’t accept Check(s) for international Orders.
  • Your order will not be shipped/Processed until the funds have cleared in our account.
  • Personal check payments made to ApplePartSellers can take up to 7 business days to clear.
  • Refunds will not be processed until a personal/bussiness check payment has cleared.

ApplePartSellers has a zero tolerance policy regarding returned checks. Persons/Entities who submit checks to the that are subsequently returned for insufficient funds, stopped payment, inability to locate, etc. will be automatically flagged and banned by our fraud detection department from any future purchases
